FTC Cashmere hat eine Technologie zur weiteren Verwendung verbleibender Garne und damit zur Abfallreduzierung entwickelt, bei der die Garne der übrig gebliebenen Garne nahtlos miteinander verbunden werden. Da die Restgarne unterschiedliche Farben haben und die Länge der Garne variiert, ergibt sich ein mehrfarbiges Garn mit Farbsequenzen unterschiedlicher Länge. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Farbgebung der Garne entstehen während der Produktion individuelle Stile und jedes Produkt ist ein Unikat.
